Rydges Mt Panorama is situated trackside at Mt Panorama only 5 minutes from the centre of Bathurst.  The hotel has 131 rooms varying from hotel style to apartments. About the role

Looking for someone to work every 2nd Sunday evening shift 11pm to 7am and then other hours during the week as part of our Front Office team.

Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to our guests. Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure. Handling guest requests throughout your shift.

Cross checking and balancing of work completed during the day for all outlets in the hotel

Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety

Completion of daily reporting of financial results

Skills and experience

Previous Night Audit role or Reception role preferred

Ability to work 11pm-7am shifts as requsted.

Analytical and love for numbers and reporting

Proficient in Excel and enjoys learning computer programmes

Experience with Opera is preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and time management skills

Problem solving and ability to resolve guest issues
