Rydges Mt Panorama is situated trackside at Mt Panorama only 5 minutes from the centre of Bathurst.  The hotel has 131 rooms varying from hotel style to apartments. Chicane restaurant is onsite and serves breakfast and dinner daily.  There is also a number of function rooms catering for conferences, special events and weddings.  Our guests range from the travelling corporate to leisure and of course the car racing enthusiasts.

About the role

If you are a Night Owl this is the job for you.

Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to our guests. Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure.

Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety

Cross checking and balancing of work completed during the day for all outlets in the hotel.

Completion of daily reporting of financial results

Skills and experience

Previous Night Audit role or Reception role preferred

Ability to work 11pm-7am shifts over 7 days

Have an analytical mind and love for numbers and reporting

Proficient in Excel and enjoys learning computer programmes

Experience with Opera is preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and time management skills

Problem solving and ability to resolve guest issues
