About the Role
Rydges North Sydney are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Supervisor to lead our team and provide a memorable, and positive, customer experience. You will see daily operations, manage staff, monitor guest sentiment, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key responsibilities are:
- Lead, Train and Manage F&B team to ensure high standards of service.
- Managing Daily Operations including set up, serving and maintaining of service areas.
- Excellent customer service skills by addressing customer enquiries and feedback promptly.
- Tracking and Managing stock levels of supplies, including proper storage of products.

Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a Team Leader, or Supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking abilities, in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandatory to have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
