About the role
The Rydges Hotel Palmerston is now looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef
Working with a well-known & respected NT Executive Chef, this role will see you providing the best quality buffet breakfast for our contractors, hotel guests & locals.
- Rydges Palmerston Hotel /Madame Za Restaurant
- 80-seater Restaurant, conference & large function facilities. Outside pool area with facilities in place for poolside bar/catering use
- Breakfast buffet, Lunch A’la Carte, Functions work & food prep etc
- Assisting with menu & dish design
- Assisting with maintaining standards of hygiene and presentation of kitchen
- Delegation & supervision of kitchen utility staff
- Casual position package available.

Skills & experience
- Minimum Cert II commercial cookery certificate
- Food Safety Supervisor (Desirable)
- At least 2 years’ experience in either A’la carte or FIFO catering roles.
