About the role
We are seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead and develop the team into a very exciting future. The role will be a new addition to the hotel and play a major part in the development and expansion of all F&B and C&E areas of the hotel in the coming years. Opportunity for experienced F&B professional to be the orchestrator in new major works. Your day-to-day will be to;
- Manage team development for Food & Beverage including Kitchen
- Develop methods and initiatives to increase departmental revenue
- Laser focus on Keeping Costs and Margins in line
- Developing and maintaining existing and new client relationships
- Assist with driving and championing the team to exceed the Hotel’s conference vision and targets
