About the role
Have serious Barista skills and great customer service – this role is for you! If you have attention to detail and want to offer nothing but the best service in a fun and fast environment, get in touch with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for each task allocated by Supervisors and Managers.
- Be able to use our POS system Infrasys.
- Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day service.
- Continually analyze and help Managers and Supervisors to improve day to day service.

Skills & experience
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Previous proven Customer service experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation
- Organisational and time management skills
- Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
