About the role 

Reporting to, and working directly with, the Sales Executive, we are seeking a professional, energetic event-all-rounder, to fill the role of Events Coordinator. This role will ensure all Rydges Pit Lane Hotel events are coordinated in a timely, efficient and accurate manner with attention to detail. This role includes working closely with each hotel department providing a unique scope of hotel operations, supporting the Sales Executive, Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager and General Manager as required.  

Proudly representing Rydges Pit Lane Hotel this person will be the operational point of contact between the client and hotel managing the event coordination in the lead up, and on the day of events. Time management is a key skill required for this role.

Skills & experience 

  • Previous experience in event coordination with focus on corporate clients
  • The ability to work flexible hours including major events and as required for VIP event bookings
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to work under pressure whilst paying the highest attention to detail
  • Driven to provide the perfect event with attention to detail

This is a full time role with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
