We are on the hunt for a proactive F&B Precinct Manager to lead and develop the team into a very exciting future. The role will be a new addition to The Bend Motorsport Park and plays a major part in the development and expansion of all F&B and C&E areas.
Rydges Pit Lane is part of EVT, a proudly Australian-owned company with over 100 years’ experience in hospitality, entertainment and leisure in Australian & New Zealand. About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing food & beverage service and experiences in every outlet as well as plan major events through the years.
This position works closely with the General Manager & CEO to ensure successful business & event planning and implementation of company procedures to create remarkable experiences.
With teamwork at the forefront of everything we do, you will be involved in every department to achieve team goals and provide a seamless operation.
Other day-to-day operations:
- Develop methods and initiatives to increase departmental revenue
- Laser focus on Keeping Costs and Margins in line
- Developing and maintaining existing and new client relationships
- Assist with driving and championing the team to exceed the vision and targets
