About the role
Start your days overlooking the Hastings River in one of the busiest regions in NSW! We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee all different departments in our hotel – Bar, Restaurant and Events. This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for someone with great skills, but also a great big personality and passion for service. We are looking for a passionate professional with:

Skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a food and beverage supervisor all rounder.
- Experience in supervising a team
- Stock and consumables ordering and control
- Great customer service
- Professional presentation
- Ability to prepare consistently great coffee with latte art at speed.
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work in and lead a team
- Punctual and reliable
