About the role
Our Housekeeping Attendants are here to surprise and delight our guests during their stay. Your role will include:
- Cleaning guest rooms & apartments; including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and corridors to the hotel’s high standards.
- Ensuring all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities.
- Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly.
- Reporting maintenance requirements.
- Reporting any lost property following correct hotel procedures.
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
- Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained.
- Adhering to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
- Ensuring all WH&S policies and procedures are followed.
