About the role
- Overseeing Dinner service of our Ala Carte Restaurant and adjacent Bar
- Continuous training and development of a small team focused on Sequence of Service and Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Motivate and inspire from the front lines – the Host with the Most!
- Assist with Rostering and Timesheets
- Assist with Weekly Orders & Monthly Stocktaking
- Ensure immaculate presentation and comfortable ambiance of the venue at all times

Skills & experience
- Current NSW RSA competency card
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ala Carte restaurant and Bar operations and Sequence of Service
- Certificate 4 or higher in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven ability to train and develop a successful operational team.
- Minimum 2 years in a Restaurant Supervisor position or higher in a similar role
- Understanding of operations in a multi outlet venue
- previous experience in a hotel or accommodation venue an advantage
- Experience using online Reservation software & POS operations.
- NSW Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Bar skills including Beer, Wine, Cocktails and Barista Coffee
