About the role

This is a full-time role that will see you play a key part in the Hospitality & Tourism operations of our business.  A rare business hours Monday to Friday role, reporting directly into the Reservations & Yield Manager and working closely alongside our Revenue and Sales Teams.

Key responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and process group reservations across our resort’s accommodation, dining and event facilities
  • Liaise with group organisers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of group bookings and availability
  • Assist with the preparation of group arrival and departure information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to group organisers and guests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for group bookings

Skills & experience 

  • Previous experience in a group reservations or hospitality customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with group organisers
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using reservations and booking management systems such as Opera (preferred)
  • Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • You must possess the legal right to work in Australia as no sponsorships will be offered
