About the role
As Banquets Supervisor, you will work closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager to ensure all conferences and events run smoothly and to the highest standard.
You will lead your team with setting up, packing down, and ensuring seamless service for all conferences and events. Whether it be briefing the team at the beginning of the event; giving clear direction; or ensuring that each guest experience exceed their expectations; no two days will ever be the same.
This is a busy and varied role with connection to all departments across the Hotel. Your presentation, passion for service and eagerness to lead will be the key to creating a perfectly curated experience for our guests.

Skills & experience
- Previous experience in hotels, corporate events or convention centres highly regarded.
- Hands on approach to work alongside your team
- Strong Food and Beverage service skills
- Precise attention to detail with an intense desire to strive for excellence always
- A confident, proactive and thorough problem solver, with strong conflict resolution skills
- The natural ability to remain calm under pressure when responding to last minute changes
- Flawless presentation and grooming together with the ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors is a must.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
