About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team part-time and help us take our brand to the next level!
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you will work closely with the hotel marketing team to:
- Support the development and execution of national and regional marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with suppliers and advertisers to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage social media content, schedules, and engagement.
- Assist in creating content, including blogs, EDMs, photography, and videography.
- Oversee the content management for hotel properties on various platforms.
- Help design creative assets like images, copywriting, and layouts.
- Execute email marketing (EDM) campaigns to reinforce our brand message.
- Maintain and optimize the hotel’s online presence, including microsites.
- Support marketing efforts for meetings, events, and food & beverage promotions.

Skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Strong copywriting skills with knowledge of social media, EDMs, and content management.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience in the hotel, travel, or F&B industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and design skills to support campaigns.
- Perfect for Students or Graduates!
- This part-time role (3-4 days) is ideal for a marketing guru fresh out of university or someone currently studying marketing or communications, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.
