About the role

In this role, you’ll be able to combine your passion of hospitality, and bringing to life unforgettable guest experiences with the opportunity to work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage & Food & Beverage Operations Manager supporting and leading Redsalt and our experienced team.  

You will be focused on creating an environment that encourages our team to deliver an exceptional level of service – ensuring our clients and guests feel that amazing experiences have been created.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals by ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

The Restaurant Manager will lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced operation. Ultimately, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, and guests have pleasant dining experiences.

Skills & experience 

This ideal candidate will bring the following; 

  • Previous experience in a leadership capacity within a Hotel environment, Restaurant or Conference and Events 
  • Management skills and experience in both the front and back of the house are essential. 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), passion for delivering results and developing people and self 
  • NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification  
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
