About the Role

Are you an F&B Superstar looking for a change or thinking about a career in hospitality?

Do you love a busy Food & Beverage Department and the satisfaction of providing the best possible experience for guests?

Sails Resort has a busy Conferencing Operation, and our beautiful property boasts a stunning 80 pax chapel perfect for weddings and a large 250 pax ballroom perfect for any conference space of any size.

We are on the hunt for our next Food & Beverage – Guru to work in both wedding and events and occasionally work in the Boathouse Restaurant, working closely with both our Events Manager and Restaurant Manager.

Skills & experience

  • Be a well presented customer service Guru!
  • Have experience or willing to learn 
  • working in a busy bar & restaurant including Al a Carte table service and events, cocktail making and wine knowledge
  • Be confident in the sequence of service and leading other team members on the finer detail
  • POS systems & cash reconciliation 
  • Must have NSW RSA 
  • Availability for weekday and weekend shifts are a must
  • Must have current Australian working rights to apply.
