About the role
Are you an experienced F&B Superstar looking for a change or thinking about a career in hospitality?

Sails Resort has the Boathouse Restaurant & Bar is a 65 seat Ala Carte Restaurant, open 7 days per week, on the banks of the beautiful Hastings River in sunny Port Macquarie. The venue also hosts a stunning 80 pax chapel perfect for weddings and a large 250 pax ballroom perfect for any conference space of any size.

Skills & experience
- Be a well presented customer service Guru!
- Have experience or willing to learn
- working in a busy bar & restaurant including Al a Carte table service and events, cocktail making and wine knowledge
- Be confident in the sequence of service and leading other team members on the finer detail
- POS systems & cash reconciliation
- Must have NSW RSA
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts are a must
- Must have current Australian working rights to apply.
