About the Position

We have part-time and casual opportunities available for high-energy, ambitious team players looking to begin a career in hospitality or simply collaborate and contribute to a positive team culture. 

Being the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Concierge team plays a vital role in our operations. We strive to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity, aided by our insatiable enthusiasm and people skills.

The role primarily entails assisting our guests with luggage handling, valet services, and being an ambassador for the local area and wider Brisbane region.  

Skills & Experience

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have an outgoing personality and a winning smile!
  • Be impeccably presented
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts
  • Have a current driver’s license – manual license preferred but not essential 
  • Have experience in a similar guest/customer experience role
  • Provide service to guests with professionalism and discretion
