About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Handyperson to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is a full-time position (38 hours per week), that focuses on maintaining the overall care, compliance, security, safety, and functionality of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance activities
- Provide painting services as needed across the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
- Promptly respond to staff and guest repair requests
- Monitor and maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs as directed by the Maintenance Manager
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all communications and respond to matters in a timely and professional manner.
