About the role 

We are seeking our next Concierge superstars to join our Front Office team. The role will suit a high-energy, out-going personality who has a passion for customer service. This will be a casual position. 

Being the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Concierge team plays a vital role in our operations. We strive to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity, aided by our insatiable enthusiasm and people skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests receive a positive greeting as they arrive and depart the Hotel
  • Provide guests with information on Hotel services and local attractions/events
  • Parking guest’s vehicles both on-site and off-site with the utmost care 
  • Order taxi’s and/or ride shares for guests as required 
  • Deliver all luggage, messages, mail and special requests are handled promptly, efficiently and professionally 
  • Ensure the Hotel lobby and entrance are kept impeccably clean and tidy

Skills & experience 

  • Driver’s licence, manual preferred however not essential 
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service 
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent personal grooming and presentation
  • The ability to handle pressure, multi task and get the job done
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts across the week
