About the role 

  •  Perform the function of Manager on Duty.   
  •  Ensure departmental rosters are as cost effective as possible. 
  • Ensure a clear and comprehensive handover occurs within the hotel before their shift is completed. 
  • To ensure accurate statistical records are kept and maintained.

Skills & experience 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager or Duty Manager
  • Excellent customer relations, problem solving and complaint handling skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Leadership skills that are second to none
  • Working knowledge of Opera and an understanding of point of sales systems
  • Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
  • To manage the daily operations of the front office and reservations department.
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager will be highly considered.
  • This role is available for immediate start.
