About the role

This position is available for immediate start; however, all suitable applicants will be considered. This role requires employees to work shift work between 23:00 – 07:00. Currently recruiting for a Part time Night Auditor, with a minimum of 4 days a week availability. View to move to Full Time after probation for the right applicant. Your day-to-day will be to.

  • Have a minimum 1-year experience in a hotel front office department with experience in both front desk and reservations with a minimum 6-month experience as a Night Auditor.
  • Excellent customer relations, problem solving and complaint handling skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Leadership skills that are second to none
  • Working knowledge of Opera and an understanding of point of sales systems such as Micros
  • Ability to Identify new revenue opportunities
  • Prepare, run and send daily operational reports to management team and Hotel owners
  • Assist with all overnight reservation enquiries in the absence of the Reservations team
  • Once trained, Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures
