About the role
We seek a meticulous and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to effectively managing key accounts, particularly aircrews who frequently stay at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and issue tax invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile and apply supplier and credit card payments to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Issue monthly statements and manage credit control to minimize outstanding balances.
- Respond to telephone enquiries related to accounts and resolve any queries promptly.
- Assist in managing the accounts inbox, ensuring all emails are responded to efficiently.
- Reconcile daily banking to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the finance team.

Skills & experience
- Relevant finance experience in a hotel, hospitality, retail, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar property management systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to juggle multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities to ensure accuracy and resolve issues efficiently.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and development.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
