About the role
You will play a key role in utilising your extensive Food & Beverage expertise to create outstanding guest experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping exceptional dining experiences, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of hospitality. By closely collaborating with the team, you’ll contribute to the development of innovative offerings, streamline operations, and consistently exceed guest expectations.

Skills & experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering excellent service
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and meeting profitability targets
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Background in creating a positive and energetic workplace culture
