About the role 

You will play a key role in utilising your extensive Food & Beverage expertise to create outstanding guest experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping exceptional dining experiences, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of hospitality. By closely collaborating with the team, you’ll contribute to the development of innovative offerings, streamline operations, and consistently exceed guest expectations.

  • Create and execute plans to boost guest satisfaction and efficiency 
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing food and beverage team 
  • Foster a fun, energetic environment for team growth and success 
  • Manage budgets and control costs to hit profitability goals 
  • Cultivate a positive, team-oriented workplace with ongoing development 
  • Identify and seize opportunities to enhance guest experiences and sales

Skills & experience 

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering excellent service
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and meeting profitability targets
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Background in creating a positive and energetic workplace culture
