About the role

Rydges Sydney Central is a 309 room hotel located near Central station in Surry Hills. The hotel features a large multifaceted Food & Beverage operation, including a 120 seat restaurant, 12 unique Meeting & Event spaces and the award winning Sydney Brewery Surry Hills. We are looking for the right person who is ready to give 100% as part of our successful team. Our Hotel is located in the heart of the vibrant Surry Hills dining scene which we are part of. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a hotel that has a great culture and supportive work environment. You will have a solid background in Food and Beverage operations with sound supervisory capabilities to drive a small team to deliver our guests the highest levels of service.

You will be responsible for managing the daily operational aspects of the outlets including service standards, staff training, ensuring OH&S compliance, whilst providing exceptional service to guests.
