About the role

Rydges Sydney Central is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Manna Loft. In this role you will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operation for breakfast and dinner service, creating a remarkable guest experience while maintaining a high level of service standards. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing day to day operation
  • Stock purchase and inventory management
  • Prepare Staff Rosters
  • Responsible for staff labour cost
  • Staff Hiring, performance appraisal and disciplinary requirements
  • Responsible to comply with all statutory and regulatory requirement
  • Store cleanliness and sanitary procedures
  • Cash handling
  • Store security requirements
  • Maintain occupational health and safety requirements
  • Menu Planning and implementation
  • Training of all staff
  • Restaurant Ambience
  • Customer feedback follow-up

Skills & experience 

  • Holds minimum diploma or higher qualification
  • Current NSW RSA required.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Patient and detail-oriented
