About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time superstar customer service guru to be part of the hotel team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and assist them during the overnight operations. This role reports to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager, with responsibilities including leading the smooth night shift operation within the Front Office department. It is also essential that every experience our guests have with us is a positive one, as they are the key to our success!

Due to the operating nature of the business you will be required to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day rotating roster.

Skills & experience 

  • Availability across a 7 day roster
  • Must have a full driving license 
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service
  • Confidence & ability to work autonomously and at times unsupervised
  • The ability to work within a diverse and fast paced role often managing multiple tasks
  • Confidence in dealing with guest queries and complaints
  • The ability to work with numbers and intermediary Excel skills
  • Previous experience in a hotel/accommodation front office position is advantageous but not essential
