About the role
A rare opportunity has come about for a natural born leader who can bring creativity, passion, and strong leadership to Portlander Bar & Grill.
This is a hands on role which requires an individual to step in and step up to all occasions and to drive the overall guest experience with delicious food.

Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work under pressure in one of Wellington’s busiest Kitchen operations.
- Passion for delivering service excellence.
- Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Team player with a hands on attitude.
- Sound knowledge of current food & kitchen trends.
- Relevant qualification plus at least two years of relevant work experience.
