About the role
We are looking for a Night Manager to join our team. Experience in customer service and Hotel financial reporting & audit is essential. This role holds the responsibility of assisting in the efficient running of hotel operations during the night shift.
Key tasks include.
- Anticipate and attend to guest requests and/or comments promptly and effectively communicate and log feedback.
- In the absence of Executive Management, oversee and coordinate operational activities of all departments, health & safety measures are implemented & monitored and record incidents/ accidents.
- The ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems unsupervised that may arise within the operation of the Hotel.
- Checking and reconciling the day’s business transactions for each outlet
- To carry out Hotel financial and operational audit procedures in line with company policy.
