About the role
You will assist in taking bookings from a range of guests and booking channels, whilst being involved in all aspects of reservations, from group bookings, crew allocations and FIT arrivals. You will provide efficient and professional service to all guests via email and phone, whilst actively promoting our 458 room hotel, outlets, facilities and promotions.
Your impeccable attention to detail and focus on providing a high quality service, will make you a vital member of the Reservations team.
Skills & experience
- A strong background in Groups/Reservations in a hotel environment, or similar role is essential.
- Experience with Opera PMS preferred.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.
- A team player.
