About the role

Based in Sydney, you will divide your time between each hotel, working on Marketing strategies across the groups venues with a directive of enhancing the products to meet market demand. Reporting to the General Managers, you will work with senior management to conceptualize, create and roll out branding and marketing materials that focus on industry trends, key local activations and major events impacting the market. This is a fully strategic and creative role that will push your abilities and allow you to make your mark on the overall success of the properties.

  • Work closely with the hotel GM and Head of Brand and Marketing to develop and execute a hotel marketing strategy for each hotel.
  • Website content management across the various business channels
  • Deliver an annual marketing calendar of data-driven campaigns for the hotel and assess results ongoing to ensure revenue targets are met. 
  • Creation and execution of hotel specific tactical campaigns
  • Develop campaign creative in-line with overall brand guidelines
  • Build comprehensive digital marketing campaign briefs and assist with execution and rollout.
  • Analyse campaign analytics and optimise strategies to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with the team and maintain strong cross functional relationships to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of competition
  • Develop an eDM calendar in-line with the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Develop a comprehensive and results driven social media strategy per property.

Skills & experience 

  • You are a “Results Driven” individual who thinks strategically, identifies opportunities and can develop clear plans to achieve marketing objectives
  • Development and implementation of Innovative marketing strategies in the hospitality industry with a focus on brand awareness and business growth
  • Formulating and meeting budgets with an understanding of measuring ROI
  • Managing the annual marketing calendar ensuring lead time and deadlines are being met.
  • Supervise the planning, development and issue of promotional and communication materials;
  • Are able to work autonomously and maintain a high level of consistency and productivity.
  • Have extensive knowledge of all marketing streams including digital and social media
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Minimum of three years post graduate marketing experience in creating automated one-to-one digital marketing campaigns, developing strategies to improve customer experience, and website management
