About the role

A fantastic opportunity currently exists for passionate and highly motivated Guest Services Agent to work alongside our existing dynamic Front Office Team on casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality all-rounder receptionist to be part of the hotel team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests to assist them during their stay. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager you will provide timely responses to all guest requests, answer their queries and offer creative solutions to their needs whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.

We are after motivated #daymakers with flexibility in availability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings and weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the industry and build on their experience.

The role in brief :

  • Delight guests with your exceptional guest service skills
  • Check-in and Check-out guests
  • Respond to the reservations inbox
  • You will have the confidence, patience and listening skills to assist guest concerns and resolve tasks when presented with challenging situations
  • Reservations and upselling for phone/email queries

Skills & experience

  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with a Property Management System, in particular Opera PMS is highly desirable
