About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Inchcolm Hotel.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, this hotel-based role reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- To monitor the day-to-day provision of quality customer service in each of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring a high level of consistency.
- Hands on approach to the co-ordination of the department, whilst guiding the team.
- Maintain clear communication with both internal and external guests and suppliers, building and maintaining client relationships.
- Engage with customers to anticipate their needs, address inquiries and resolve issues recognizing each opportunity for growth.
- Manage VIP’s and special requests with care and attention to detail.
- Comply with all WH&S policies and protocols, staying up to date with relevant changes.

Skills & experience
- 3-4 years in a similar operations role.
- Holder of Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for all things Food and Beverage!
