About the role
The Inchcolm Bar is looking for a superstar Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the team to success in creating unforgettable dining experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktail creation along with the expertise to run shifts, rostering, stock take and cost controls.

Skills & experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A current and up-to-date RSA qualification
- Professional manner and grooming
- Adaptable to the fast paced and dynamic hotel industry
- Flexibility and can work 7 day rotating roster including Public Holidays
- Ability to work across different service periods.
- The ability to build, train and mentor a team
- A positive & enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multitask and make decisions on the run.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of restaurants, bars and conference operations is highly desirable.
