About the role
Step into a world of unforgettable moments at The Inchcolm Hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is a cornerstone of our hotel’s operations. As the Front Office Manager, you will lead with energy and warmth, turning every interaction into an extraordinary experience that reflects our values of optimism and cultural connection.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Curating the guest journey, leading the way in delivering seamless, personalised, and memorable guest experiences from pre-arrival to farewell.
- Driving hotel performance by optimizing sales into other areas of the hotel.
- Strategically manage departmental expenses, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
- Actively identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and promote upselling across hotel services to exceed financial targets.

Skills & experience
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in a 5-star or boutique hotel setting.
- A guest-first mindset, with a track record of delivering personalized and unforgettable guest experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience in driving departmental profitability.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team.
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable moments.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
