About the role
- Approach each guest pro-actively, ready and eager to provide an amazing experience each and every time
- Shifts will vary, it could be breakfast, lunch, dinner or looking after conferencing
- Training new and existing staff members to the highest standards
- Responsibility of how the shifts run and the clean down standards
- Packing up and cashing up at the end of each day
- Maintain professional grooming standards
- Work cohesively with the team to deliver group goals
- Be knowledgeable and up to date with our product offerings
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 7 day roster, including weekends, nights & public holidays

- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide proactive, high-quality guest experiences consistently.
- Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, conferences, weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Leadership Skills: Capability to train staff to high standards and take responsibility for shift management.
- Time Management: Efficiently handle tasks such as cashing up, cleaning down, and managing time during busy shifts.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, services, and product offerings to assist guests effectively.
- Sales and Marketing Awareness: Implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively with others to meet group objectives.
- Professional Presentation: Adhere to high grooming and personal presentation standards.
