The Ultimo Hotel is currently seeking a Casual Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team of Hospitality professionals.
You will be joining this stylish hotel, offering 95 unique, modern rooms, perfectly located in the midst of the inner city buzz.
About the role
Passionate about providing a high quality service, with your impeccable attention to detail, you will be a vital member of the Front Office department.
You will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience from the point of reservation to departure. You will be efficient with guest check-ins and check-outs, whilst accurately maintaining guest reservations. You will have sound interpersonal and communication skills in order to liaise with various department heads and our guests.

Skills & experience
- A strong background in Front Office operations or hotels.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience with Room Master PMS is preferred.
- You love working in a fast paced environment.
- Passion for hotels and their people.
- You think outside the box, and enjoy problem solving.
- You have been exposed to other hotel departments.
