About the role
The Victoria Hotel is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Conference & Events to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a key member of our sales and events department, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the full sales lifecycle for our conference and events offerings. This is a full-time position based in The Victoria Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales, planning and delivery of the ultimate event experience for all events at The Victoria hotel.
- Proactively prospecting and securing new conference and event business
- Conducting site visits, preparing and delivering proposals to potential clients
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless event delivery
- Providing outstanding customer service to event organisers and delegates
- Analysing sales data and performance to identify opportunities for growth
- Contributing to the development of our sales and marketing strategies
