Master Pâtissier Adriano Zumbo Drops a Decadent Plant-Based and Gluten-Free Menu at QTea High Tea
QT Sydney’s QTea invites indulgence for all with a new plant-based and gluten-free menu designed by master pâtissier and moment-maker, Adriano Zumbo.
QTea – a high tea that isn’t for the quaint-hearted - is QT Sydney’s answer to a traditional high tea, and has been making waves since launching this May. Zumbo brings his signature playful patisserie where flavours are dialled high in a new collection of culinary curiosities, a carefully curated plant-based and gluten-free tiered feast, which is both indulgent and utterly delicious.
“As a creator, I was so hungry for the challenge to expand our existing QTea menu so that more guests can experience the magic that is QTea. I’ve used colours, textures, flavours and designs to create something really enchanting, with every item both plant-based and gluten-free,” says the man who can take a sunrise, and slather it in ganache, pâtissier Adriano Zumbo.
Guests will work their way through sumptuous sweets and savouries, where new items include; Beet Mine a pickled beetroot, radish and plant-based ricotta roll, Dirty Dani a petit gateau with caramel, passionfruit and pecan, and of course, a plant-based and gluten-free twist on the famous Zumbaron. QTea is made all the better with new Marie Antionette-inspired cocktails and over 60 Champagnes for a sip-sational afternoon with a resident DJ, and cultivating captivating conversations in-between mouthfuls.
QTea’s new plant-based and gluten free menu is available to book from 1st October from $95 per person, for sittings from Saturday 8th October at 11am, 1pm and 3pm.
