Originally designed and built as a ‘fantasy palace for the people’, this iconic auditorium makes it an indisputable favourite for concerts, comedy, musicals, ballets, film shoots, events, weddings, conferences, festivals, movie premieres and more.

Now classified by the National Trust as a building of great historical significance, the theatre has become part of the Australian cultural fabric, and continues to be at the heart of the EVT group today.
